Kira is a born hunter and has
excelled in coursing, giving her dad,
Kuno, and younger brother, Dozer, heavy competition. Kira rules the
roost and is a natural athlete, true to being a typical Ridgeback.
She easily earned her Senior Courser (SC)
title but slowed down to have some beautiful puppies. The
litter was sired by CH La Cima's Lucky Strike, JC (Bruiser).
The combination
of Kira and Bruiser's pedigrees produced one of the best litters ever
registered under the Zareba name. We have some wonderful show, lure
coursing
and companion dogs from this litter. One of these
Bruiser x Kira puppies, Miles, (Zareba's Abigail's Choice, JC), below
center, just won a 4-point major
on the
lure-coursing
field his first weekend out and has a few points toward
his Championship.
